Tuscany Villa Retreats for Women
Ladies Journey to Enchanting Tuscany!
A picture-perfect Tuscan farmhouse with its old stone walls blend beautifully into the vine-smothered hills of western Chianti. Its timeless appearance belies interiors that have been restored and renovated to provide an exceptionally comfortable fully air-conditioned country retreat. At the heart of the building is a large room divided by archways into intimate sitting and dining areas, and cheered by two large fireplaces. A kitchen - complete with a wood oven - opens onto a vast terrace with a dining loggia and stunning views over the countryside. Hand-painted murals decorate the walls of the large, air-conditioned bedrooms, most of which have ensuite bathrooms. A gorgeous swimming pool is set into the well-tended lawn behind the house with a pergola furnished with sofas and sun loungers. Set on a beautiful winding road, this is the ideal setting is the perfect place to recharge and focus on you!

Thank you to each and every one of you that came on this fantastic journey! We had so much fun. Each week had 14 wonderful women who connected and made many new friends. I am honored to have spent time with you. More journeys to come! Pictures will be added to the gallery of website shortly.
Itinerary*:
Day 1 Arrival Italy! (D)
Upon arriving, guests would be handled and transferred to the property for a welcome cocktail. Transfers will be included from Florence airport only. Transfers may be arranged, at an additional cost, from Rome.
Tonight, our chef welcomes everyone with a traditional Tuscan dinner outside on the patio or by the pool.
Day 2 Tuscany: Wine and Cooking Class (B,L,D)
This morning, we have invited a local Tuscan Chef for a private cooking class at our estate. The class will start around 11am. For those interested, the chef will first take a tour of the local market and always welcomes helpers. It is a great way to discover some of the typical markets in local Tuscan hilltop villages and towns.
After the cooking class, and lunch at the estate, you have the afternoon at leisure.

Day 3 Tuscany: Florence (B,D)
This morning, after a wonderful traditional breakfast, we make our way to the lovely Florence. There your local guide awaits for a private walking tour of the city. After the 4-hour tour, guests are invited to wander the city for lunch (recommendations will be made). After lunch and some time for shopping, we make our way back to the property but not without stopping by two of our favorite wineries for a mid to late afternoon “degustation” of the Chianti wines.
At the property, the chef is working hard at preparing yet another traditional Tuscan dinner for us.
Day 4 TUSCANY – Montepulciano & San Gimignano (B,D)
It is impossible to visit Tuscany without a visit to two of its most famous towns. First, we visit San Gimignano (depending the property selection, this itinerary may be reversed). There, we stop for lunch before making our way to Montepulciano.

Day 5 TUSCANY – Day of wellness and relaxation (B,L,D)
Ladies, today we have prepared a lovely wellness and relaxation program. First, for those interested, we have a personal yoga teacher meeting us on the lawn around the pool for a morning class. Never done yoga? This is a great chance to try it!
For those interested, we continue with an easy biking tour (e-bikes available) with a picnic in the Tuscan country side. And to end the day as it should be ended, we pay a visit to one of the local luxury spa retreats for a 60-minute massage or spa treatment.
Back at the estate, the Chef has also kept in mind this day of wellness and prepares for you a much-deserved dinner utilizing some of the freshest and healthiest ingredients.
Day 6 TUSCANY – Day trip to Arezzo (B,D)
This morning we depart for Arezzo where we spend the morning and lunch time (at leisure). After uncovering this incredible town, maybe doing some shopping at some of the wonderful stores lined up in streets 1,000 years old, we head back to the property for a late afternoon wine tasting at the villa.
Tonight is Pizza night. Our chef will demonstrate his technique for making some of the best Italian pizza. And Pizza night would not be the same with some Prosecco served as you work that dough.
Day 7 TUSCANY – Morning trip to Siena (or relax at villa) (B,D)
This morning, we depart for Siena. Lunch is at leisure, after which we return to the property for an afternoon at leisure.
Tonight, we head out to a local restaurant for our farewell dinner!
Day 8 Farewell (B)
All good things must come to an end.
Private transfers to Florence, Pisa or Bologna airports or train stations will be provided.
We would be delighted to assist in extending your stay with a visit to Rome, Venice, the Amalfi coast or beyond Italy.
